How do I buy a phone from Kasi Konnect?
You can visit our store or speak to one of our sales agents. You’ll choose a phone, pay a down payment, and then select your preferred installment plan: daily, weekly, or monthly.

What are the requirements to qualify?
You only need a valid South African ID, Smart ID card, or Passport. No payslip or credit check is required.

Can I buy a phone on installments?
Yes! You can pay daily, weekly, or monthly — whichever works best for your budget.

How long is the payment plan?
The standard payment period is 12 months (1 year). Once you finish your payments, the phone is 100% yours.

What happens if I miss a payment?
If you skip payments, the device will be locked automatically through our WATU system. You can unlock it again once your account is up to date.

How do I make my payments?
You can make payments at our branch or via bank transfer.

Is there an app for customers?
Yes! Download our Kasi Konnect App on the Google Play Store to manage your installments, check balances, and get updates.

Who are the agents and what do they do?
Our agents help customers register, choose phones, and complete purchases. They are trained to guide you through the whole process and even assist with app setup.

Can I become an agent and earn commission?
Absolutely! You can register as an agent via the Kasi Konnect App and start selling. You’ll earn commission on every phone you sell.
